Directions

Add one serve (1/2 teaspoon) to a cold drink and consume one hour before exercise. Use up to 3 serves daily. As other amino acids contained in proteins may compete for absorption, L-Carnitine should be taken on an empty stomach without other foods or supplements. We recommend cycling the use of L-Carnitine, with at least 1 week off every 3 weeks.

For best results, use with ultra low carbohydrate 100% Isolate protein powder and Thermo. The recommended dose generally ranges between as little as 500mg to as much as 3 grams or more per day, depending upon individual needs.
