Dosage & Timing

Mix 1 flat scoop (approx. 2.5g) into 250ml of cold water. Shake well. Take 1–2 serves daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Taking it in the evening is common — the bisglycinate and threonate forms both have research support for sleep quality and the glycine component of bisglycinate has a calming effect appropriate for end-of-day use.

Why Four Forms and Not One?

Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body — it's involved in muscle contraction and relaxation, nerve function, electrolyte balance, energy production (ATP synthesis), sleep regulation, blood sugar management and bone density. Different magnesium compounds have different bioavailability, different tissue distribution, and different clinical applications.   • Magnesium Orotate Dihydrate (540mg) — magnesium bound to orotic acid. Orotate is a natural substance involved in energy metabolism and cell regeneration. It penetrates cell membranes effectively due to the orotic acid carrier, making it one of the more bioavailable forms for intracellular magnesium delivery.
