Nutrex Creatine Soft Chews — Daily Creatine Made Enjoyable

Creatine is the most researched performance supplement in the world — but powders require mixing, gummies typically underdeliver on actual creatine content, and neither is convenient when you're on the move. Nutrex Creatine Soft Chews solve all three problems: just two chews deliver a full 5g of micronised creatine monohydrate in a smooth, candy-like texture you can take anywhere, no water required. Powered by NutraSoft technology for a soft, stable chew that won't harden or crumble. 60 count (30 serves) in Strawberry Watermelon and Fruit Punch, in stock at TopDog Nutrition.

Key Benefits

• Full 5g creatine per serve — two chews, the same clinically studied dose as a full scoop of powder.
• NutraSoft technology — a stable, smooth soft-chew texture that doesn't harden, crumble or stick together like gummies.
• No mixing, no water — take them anywhere, any time, no shaker required.
• Micronised creatine monohydrate — the form backed by the most research, for strength, power, lean muscle and recovery.
• Supports everyday performance — muscle strength, cognitive function and bone health alongside the training benefits.

Why Soft Chews Over Powder or Gummies?

Powder is effective but inconvenient away from home. Gummies are convenient but most deliver far less than 5g of actual creatine per serve — the dose that research supports. Soft Chews sit in the middle: the full 5g dose in a format you can throw in your bag, your desk drawer or your car. For daily creatine consistency — the thing that actually drives results — the format that travels with you is the one you'll actually take. For a powder option with the same brand, Nutrex Creatine Drive is available in 300g unflavoured, or browse the full Nutrex range.

Directions

Take 2 soft chews daily as your creatine serve. Use every day — training days and rest days — for consistent muscle creatine saturation. No loading phase required.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I get the same benefits as creatine powder?

Yes — each serve delivers the same 5g of micronised creatine monohydrate you'd get from a standard powder scoop. The format is different; the creatine is identical.

Why not just use gummies?

Most creatine gummies contain well under 5g of creatine per serve — often 2–3g — because gummy formats have a practical limit on ingredient load. Soft chews use a different manufacturing technology (NutraSoft) that allows the full 5g dose in two pieces without the format compromises of a gummy.

Do I need water with them?

No — that's the point. Chew and go. Drinking water alongside is always a good habit for creatine (hydration supports its effectiveness), but it's not required to take the chews themselves.

Can I use these alongside other supplements?

Yes — they're a straight creatine product, stimulant-free and stackable with anything. Add them under a pre workout, alongside your protein shake, or just on their own as your daily creatine habit
