DIRECTIONS
Mix up to one scoop (9.5g) SHRED-X into 300ml to 400ml of water. Can be taken anytime during the day, but ideally taken early in the morning on an empty stomach, or 15 to 20 minutes before your workout. Do not consume less than 2 to 3 hours before sleep.
