Athletes drink BCAA Amino+ before, during, and after workouts or training sessions to enhance performance, stamina, and recovery. BCAA Amino+ is the optimal 2:1:1 ratio of the three branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine) plus Taurine and Electrolytes.
Mix: Mix 1-2 servings with 6-14oz water (or to taste) and shake well. Sip before and during your training session or sports activity.
